Brisighella

Famous for the original medieval festivals during the summer, this charming medieval village probably takes its name from Romagnolo dialect “Brisul” that means small piece of land.
Among the most important historical monuments are there the buildings on the three rocky pinnacles rising near the village ( Rocca Manfredi, Monticino Sanctuary and the clock tower) and “ Via degli Asini” in english donkey street, a street that was elevated and fortified becoming an excellent defensive bulwark.
